Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Omni Atelier handles information when you use this website or send a business inquiry. A later client engagement is governed by its own agreement and data terms.

Information we handle

The inquiry form requires your name, email address, and company. You may also provide a website, choose a starting point, and share limited high-level context. It also creates limited delivery and security records.

If you contact us through an email address listed on this site, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other information you choose to include. The systems used to route and host our email also process related delivery, account, and security information.

If you call or text a number listed on this site, we may receive your phone number, call or message details, and what you choose to say or send, including a voicemail. The services that route these communications may also process and store related service records.

After we receive a business inquiry through any of these channels, we may collect relevant public information about the person, company, website, and business context. We may create inquiry notes, AI-assisted summaries or assessments, and materials for preparing a response or possible engagement.

When you use the site, our hosting and security providers process the website request and information about your browser and connection needed to deliver and protect it.

Keep every inquiry high level. Whether you use the form, email, a call, voicemail, or a text message, do not include passwords or other credentials, payment or health information, government identifiers, confidential information, sensitive client data, client files, or unnecessary information about another person.

How we use information

We use inquiry and security information to:

  • receive, validate, secure, and review inquiries;
  • record relevant contact and opportunity details in our customer relationship management system;
  • use generative-AI tools to help review, summarize, and analyze selected business-inquiry details as described below;
  • research the person, company, and business context using inquiry details and publicly available information;
  • assess fit, prepare a response, and help develop a possible engagement;
  • protect the site, our systems, and other people from abuse; and
  • keep limited evidence when reasonably necessary for fraud, security, or legal matters.

We do not enroll someone in a bulk marketing list merely because they submit an inquiry, use inquiry or research information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or sell it.

Who receives information

Cloudflare processes website requests and form inquiries to run and protect the site. Resend processes form submissions to send them to our inquiry mailbox. Resend and our mailbox provider process message content and related delivery and security records. Our mailbox provider stores the messages we receive. Our team may keep relevant contact and inquiry details in our own customer relationship management system. We may disclose limited information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.

AI-assisted review is initiated and reviewed by an authorized Omni Atelier person. That person may use generative-AI and research services to review selected business-inquiry details and relevant public information. The person decides whether and how to respond or proceed; AI does not send a response or start an engagement on its own.

Email providers process and store messages sent to us. Privacy requests and accessibility reports sent to their listed email addresses are handled for those purposes, not as business inquiries or AI-assisted prospect review.

Accessibility help and barrier reports can be sent to [email protected].

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to [email protected].

Our providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate. We do not represent that information remains in a single jurisdiction.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond, consider or manage a possible engagement, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations. We consider the type of record, whether the inquiry remains active or becomes client work, and any fraud, security, or legal need. Records held by service providers, including email, telephone, and messaging services, may remain under their backup and deletion practices.

Privacy requests and accessibility reports follow a separate schedule: we keep only what is reasonably necessary to handle and document the matter and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information tied to your inquiry, including AI-assisted review notes or public-source research we retain. Available rights vary by location. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester before disclosing or changing a record, and we respond according to applicable law.

Cookies, tracking, and browser signals

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we keep Google advertising measurement off even if you previously opted in. Analytics remains a separate opt-in choice, subject to the U.S.-visit availability check. You can still browse and submit inquiries.

Optional analytics and advertising are available only for visits that Cloudflare identifies as coming from the United States, and still require your separate choices below. We use Cloudflare’s request-country information only to determine availability; this check sends the browser an allowed/not-allowed result and does not store your country in our analytics. If the country check is unavailable, optional measurement stays off. You can browse and submit an inquiry regardless of this check.

Omni Atelier does not load optional Google Ads conversion measurement unless it is configured and you affirmatively enable Advertising in Cookie preferences. When enabled, our event payload contains only a fixed conversion destination; it excludes inquiry fields and submission identifiers. Google may process technical request data associated with loading and using its service, and may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not enable remarketing, enhanced conversions, Google Analytics, or session recordings. We do not use information from this site to track people over time across unaffiliated websites or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Optional PostHog analytics is disabled unless Analytics is enabled in Cookie preferences. When enabled, this site sends fixed event names (landing-page view, first form interaction, accepted submission, and generic form error) to PostHog. Each page visit uses a randomly generated visit ID held in memory; it is not persisted or reused after the visit, and we do not create person profiles. The request contains no inquiry fields, submission identifiers, referrer, full URL, query, fragment, exception text, or provider response details. PostHog may process the request IP and other technical metadata. We store your consent choices in your browser. You can reject optional measurement and still use the inquiry form, or reopen Cookie preferences at any time to change your choices. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement; it does not delete information already received by providers.

Hosting and security providers may independently collect technical activity when you interact with services they deliver or protect. Cloudflare states that it separately uses Turnstile signals to improve bot detection. Those provider activities are described in their own notices. The legacy Do Not Track browser setting does not change our application behavior. Global Privacy Control is a separate signal and overrides advertising measurement as described above.

Optional measurement records and your choices

Your saved Cookie preferences remain in this browser until you change them, clear browser storage, or we require a new choice after changing the consent version. They are separate from information already received by measurement providers.

Google and PostHog retain measurement information under their own retention and deletion practices. A provider’s reporting window does not necessarily mean the underlying records are erased when that window ends. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for these provider-held records.

You can contact us with questions or rights requests about measurement information. Because our PostHog visits are not linked to your email or inquiry, and Google does not provide email-based deletion of individual conversion records, we may not be able to identify a particular historical visit or conversion from your email address. We assess requests under applicable law and explain any identification or provider-deletion limitations.

Business audience and children

This site is intended for adults making business inquiries. It is not directed to children. Please do not provide information about a child through any inquiry channel.
